Matting
The
traditional coir floor mat, an Indian product is produced
from the husk of the coconut. It has been used for floor
covering for many decades due to it's durability and
versatility.
It is also environment friendly, biodegradable and
inexpensive. It has been test by the British Institute
of Textiles for Flame Retardancy. Therefore the coir
makes a very popular and economic product.
Usage. The matting is used by Marquee
hire companies, tipees, gazebos, stately homes, yurts,
walkways, horse boxes, cricket practice pitches to mention
just a few.
Standard Sizes Available.
Imperial. 10ft; 15ft; 20ft; 30ft;
40ft; 50ft x 6ft.& 20ft x 10ft. Other sizes can
be produced to order to a maximum length of 200ft and
13ft wide.
Circular Matting produced to order from 10ft to 26ft
dia.
Metric. 3mts; 4.5mts; 6mts; 9mts;
12mts; 15mts x 1.84mts & 6mts x 4mts. Other sizes
can be produced to order to a maximum length of 60mts
and 5mts wide.
Circular Matting produced to order from 3mts to 8mts.
Colours: Natural; Red; Green; Blue;
Grey and Fancy Striped.
Binding. All pieces are bound at both ends with hessian
binding.
Jute Rugs. Available in Panama, Herringbone
or Boucle weave and exquisite designs, with or without
latex backing.
Seagrass Rugs. Available either in
the Herringbone or Panama design, with all sides bound
or tucked ends, and with or without latex backing. Seagrass
can be produced to a maximum width or diameter of 3mts
